Food & Beverage Assistant

As a Food & Beverage Assistant in Brasserie at Aviator you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service over a variety of services including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The successful applicant will be a personable individual, a team player and someone who can also work alone and think on their feet. This is the perfect role for someone who loves customer service and wants to be part of dedicated team working in a unique environment

Food & Beverage Supervisor

As Food & Beverage Supervisor in the Brasserie at Aviator you will lead a large team during breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service by supporting the team. You will lead team briefings and ensure that product knowledge training is at the forefront of these.

This role includes working early mornings, evenings and weekends.

The successful applicant will be a personable individual and someone who can work alongside a team to get the best out of everyone. Assistant Front of House Manager

To assist the Rooms Division Manager with the hotel operations of the Front of House department. To ensure the Front of House department is effectively run by focussing on maximisation of revenues and profits, minimisation of operating costs, staff training and development to deliver the highest standards of service.

This role ensures the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The Assistant Front of House Manager will serve as the “face of Aviator” and a brand ambassador, acting as a point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, and consistently embodying the hotel’s values and commitment to exceptional customer service. package.

Commis Chef

The stylish design of Aviator is reflected in our Brasserie where our menus place an emphasis on beautiful seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce. We also offer a diverse range of private dining and corporate function menus as well as create delicious dishes for our American themed diner.

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our brilliant and talented team, bringing with them a passion for high quality food and dedication to their craft.

At Aviator we promote a culture of internal training to enable our employees to develop in their roles. You will learn from an inspirational team of chefs who are keen to share their years of experience with the new generation of up-and-coming chefs.

You can expect a fantastic onboarding and induction experience with a continued focus on your own development.

The Swan

Head Chef

The homely, yet contemporary design of The Swan is reflected in our menus which place an emphasis on beautiful seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce.

As Head Chef, you will have the autonomy to develop seasonal menus, showcasing your dishes with the excellent local produce on offer. For this you will require a sound understanding of purchasing and costing.

Leading, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team will be a key focus of your role, therefore an infectious passion for cooking and an excellent work ethic is essential.

You will be required to work Wednesday – Sunday for this role. The Swan is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. If required, live-in accommodation is available.
