Brasserie
Food & Beverage Assistant
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Aviator you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service. You will deliver over a range of services including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
This role includes working evenings and weekends and is based on 40 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be a personable individual, a team player and someone who can also work alone and think on their feet. This is the perfect role for someone who loves customer service and wants to be part of dedicated team working in a unique environment.

Food & Beverage Supervisor
As Food & Beverage Supervisor in the Brasserie at Aviator you will lead a large team during breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service by supporting the team. You will lead team briefings and ensure that product knowledge training is at the forefront of these.
This role includes working early mornings, evenings and weekends.
The successful applicant will be a personable individual and someone who can work alongside a team to get the best out of everyone. This is the perfect role for someone who has supervised a small team in a restaurant environment and who loves customer service and wants to be part of dedicated team working in a unique environment.
