Chef de Partie
The stylish design of Aviator is reflected in our Brasserie where our menus place an emphasis on beautiful seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce.
With our increasing popularity amongst business and leisure guests, we are now looking for a Chef de Partie to join our brilliant and talented team, bringing with them a passion for high-quality food and dedication to their craft.

Canteen Chef
We’re looking for a Canteen Chef to join our team at Aviator and take pride in creating delicious, fresh, home-cooked food for our employees.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh dishes, including mains, soups, salads and sandwiches, while ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and play an active part in creating and developing our canteen menus, so we’re looking for someone with a genuine passion and desire to create great food that our team will love.
You’ll also help ensure the canteen is welcoming, well-presented and fully prepared for each service.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous chef experience
- Passion for fresh, home-cooked food
- High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to get involved

Front of House
Receptionist
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a luxury hotel environment and has previous experience interacting with guests.
As a receptionist in our unique independent hotel you will ensure that all guests receive a tailored and warm welcome in line with the brand experience.
This role is shift based and will involve working evenings and weekends.
In this role you will be responsible for all reception duties including guest check in and check out. You will also welcome our guests at Concierge and offer assistance.
The successful applicant will be confident and personable with a natural ability to build rapport with our guests. You will always be immaculately presented and deliver genuine hospitality.
