Reservations
Reservations Coordinator
As an independent, luxury hotel, creating a truly memorable first impression for our guests whether booking for business or leisure, is a key focus for our Reservations team. The genuine, tailored service we offer exceeds all guest expectations and makes Aviator stand out from the crowd.
As Reservations Coordinator you will process reservations enquiries and bookings ensuring they are responded to promptly and professionally. You will ensure that every guest receives a personal and warm reservations experience ensuring all requests are communicated in an efficient and accurate manner.
Alternate weekends are required to be worked.
The successful applicant will be organised and personable, an excellent communicator and will have an impeccable telephone manner. It is essential to be computer literate and to have some experience in customer service.

Commis Chef
The stylish design of Aviator is reflected in our Brasserie where our menus place an emphasis on beautiful seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce. We also offer a diverse range of private dining and corporate function menus as well as create delicious dishes for our American themed diner.
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our brilliant and talented team, bringing with them a passion for high quality food and dedication to their craft.
At Aviator we promote a culture of internal training to enable our employees to develop in their roles. You will learn from an inspirational team of chefs who are keen to share their years of experience with the new generation of up-and-coming chefs.
