The Venue

With its sleek contours inspired by the shape of a propeller, Aviator sets the scene for a statement occasion. Inside, you are met with the impressive central rotunda with luxurious yet understated interiors. The venue provides everything you would expect from an elite and independent hotel and wedding venue. Our setting is ideal, located not far from London in Farnborough, Hampshire. The area enjoys easy transport links including private plane charter to Farnborough Airport next door to ensure every guest has an easy journey to the hotel.

Your Wedding

Aviator is licensed for civil ceremonies to keep your special day entirely in the venue. However, if you wish to take the traditional wedding route, there are nearby churches and registry offices where you can exchange vows before returning to the hotel for festivities. You can host the rest of your day at Aviator where you can celebrate your marriage with exceptional food, drinks, and sumptuous accommodation. Guests staying overnight can choose from three different room and suite types, all with contemporary yet rich interiors and crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen.

At Aviator you’re spoilt for choice with four diverse spaces, ready to welcome your style and personality. You’re in control, with flexible agendas to suit you and your guests. 

Wright Room

This is the ideal space to exchange vows, dine in style, and party the night away. Stylish yet intimate, this glamorous space has modern yet minimal decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and bi-folding doors that reveal a private Farnborough airport runway view. The Wright Room accommodates 95 guests for a ceremony, wedding breakfasts for 80 guests, or a reception for up to 125 people. 

The Sky Lounge

Positioned to capture the most impressive views of the neighbouring private Farnborough Airport, Sky Lounge is located on the fourth floor. Its versatility means it can be designated for your personal use for the duration of your wedding to host and entertain guests from ceremony to dancefloor. The Sky Lounge accommodates 80 guests for a ceremony, wedding breakfasts for up to 80 guests, or 110 people for a reception. 

Earhart

Similar to Wright Room but with a more intimate feel, Earhart easily adapts to different layouts whilst still allowing plenty of space to move around and make memories with your guests. The floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to pour in or you can use the privacy curtains for a close, romantic atmosphere.

Cody

Cody provides the perfect space to host a sit-down wedding breakfast with your nearest and dearest. Despite being Aviator’s smallest event room, Cody is definitely not lacking in features. Cody offers impressive airside views with private terrace and lawn access. A dedicated entrance and private cloakroom, leading to a soft lounge area make the space versatile with the feeling of a luxurious home from home.
