Join us for an intimate night with The Lakes Distillery, hosted in one of Aviator’s private dining rooms. This is a chance to slow down, savour beautifully crafted flavours, and enjoy thoughtful hospitality in a setting designed for comfort as much as style.
For this one-night experience, Executive Chef Dan Greene has created a bespoke five-course menu, carefully designed to complement and bring out the character of The Lakes Distillery’s spirits — rich, layered, and full of depth.
Alongside the menu, Bar Manager Yousef has curated a series of elegant cocktail pairings, each one crafted with care and warmth. Expect balance, texture, and richness, with every drink allowing the spirit to shine in its own way.
Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by Chris Dennis, Spirits Brand Ambassador for The Lakes Distillery, and David Jones, Sales Manager at Nyetimber — owners of The Lakes Distillery — who will share stories and insight into the craftsmanship behind each pour. The experience will be hosted by Alessandro Passaglia, Aviator’s Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring every detail flows effortlessly.
