Ruggeri, founded in 1950 in Valdobbiadene, Italy, is a historic winery renowned for producing high-quality Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. By cultivating grapes in the prestigious Cartizze cru and implementing sustainable practices, Ruggeri has established itself as a leader in the Prosecco region.
As one of the few UK-based vendors of Ruggeri, Aviator is proud to present an exclusive six course dining experience with the aim of transporting you to a sun-drenched terrace in Valdobbiadene with golden vines swaying under an amber sky.
The evening is inspired by the true spirit of Italian aperitivo culture and will feature beautifully crafted dishes paired with Ruggeri’s vibrant Prosecco and a selection of creative Spritz cocktails.
The event will be hosted by Ruggeri’s UK Brand Ambassador, Ms. Rosalinda Zagaria and Mr. Dante Cecchini, and Aviator’s Food & Beverage expert, Alessandro Passaglia.
Arrive at 6:30pm for a welcome drink to be seated at 7pm for your first course.
