Rapaura Springs represent an intimate connection to the pristine waters that collect high in the Southern Alps and are gradually filtered beneath the region’s braided rivers, refreshing the deep underground aquifers that feed the vines, and bubble up in the Rapaura Springs.
The evening is hosted by Aviator’s Food & Beverage Manager, Alessandro Passaglia, in one of our intimate private dining rooms. Arrive at 6:30pm for a welcome drink and be seated at 7pm for your first course.
