Hosted by Zoë Dearsley, Group Head Brand Ambassador at Nyetimber, and Alessandro Passaglia, Food and Beverage Manager at Aviator, this exclusive experience will take guests on a culinary journey with 5 curated dishes, each carefully crafted to pair with 5 different expressions from one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wine producers.
With vineyards across the South of England, including here in Hampshire, Nyetimber’s wines are recognised internationally as one of the finest traditional-method sparkling wines in the world. Its history stretches back almost 1000 years to the estate’s mention in the Domesday Book in 1086, as the peaceful Nitimbreha valley.
The evening includes an extraordinary opportunity to taste two prestige wines, 1086 by Nyetimber and 1086 by Nyetimber Rosé. Produced only in exceptional years from Nyetimber’s finest vineyard parcels.
