Guided by Aviator’s Food & Beverage Manager, Alessandro Passaglia, alongside an expert representative from the Antinori wine brand, this immersive evening will celebrate the rich heritage of Tormaresca by Marchesi Antinori. Together, they will lead you through a tasting experience that perfectly showcases the warmth, elegance, and unmistakable character of Southern Italy.

Throughout the evening, you will enjoy a carefully curated selection of Tormaresca wines, each chosen to highlight the dynamic terroirs of the region. The planned wine pairings for the evening include:

Masserie Fiano, Puglia
Salice Salentino Riserva, Puglia
Nèprica Negroamaro, Tormaresca, Puglia

To complement these exceptional wines, Executive Chef Dan Greene has created a bespoke, five-course menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of the region.
